Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Hexis Pro mobile application ("App") or visiting hexispro.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.

These Terms apply to all users of Hexis Pro, including free and Pro subscribers.

Hexis Pro is an AI-powered mobile application that generates personalized, position-specific weekly training programs for rugby and American football athletes. The App uses your athlete profile, training history, and weekly check-in data to create and progressively adapt programs over 4-week cycles.

Programs are generated by Claude AI (Anthropic) and reviewed by our validation system. The output is for informational and fitness purposes only.

You must create an account to use Hexis Pro. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.

Hexis Pro offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro features are unlocked upon active subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected).

All billing, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the policies of the applicable app store. We do not directly process or store your payment information. To cancel, manage your subscription through your device's app store subscription settings.

Prices are subject to change. We will provide notice before any price changes take effect on your subscription.

Hexis Pro is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. The training programs generated by the App are for general fitness and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional coaching, athletic training advice, or medical care.

You should consult a qualified physician or sports medicine professional before beginning any new exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or other health concern.

You are solely responsible for exercising within your own physical limits. You acknowledge that participation in athletic training carries inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, or other consequence that may result from following programs generated by the App.

Training programs are generated by an AI system (Claude by Anthropic). While we apply validation logic to check for safety and quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inappropriate exercises for your specific condition, or suboptimal recommendations.

You should apply your own judgment when following any program. If an exercise feels unsafe or causes pain, stop immediately. We do not warrant that AI-generated programs are error-free, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances.

You agree not to:

• ├Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• ├Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code
• ├Attempt to circumvent subscription paywalls or access Pro features without a valid subscription
• ├Use automated tools to generate programs at scale or abuse the rate limits
• ├Share your account credentials with others
• ├Submit false, misleading, or malicious content through any input field
• ├Attempt to interfere with the App's backend systems or APIs

The App, its design, code, and all content produced by Hexis Pro (excluding AI-generated program output) are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The training programs generated for you are provided for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or publish AI-generated program content as your own coaching product.

Your athlete data (profile, logs, check-ins) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of data you provide.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or our systems.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hexis Pro and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on any program it generates.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending an in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply and take precedence over any conflicting terms in this Agreement, but only to the extent of the conflict:

• ├This Agreement is between you and Hexis Pro only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Hexis Pro, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
• ├This Agreement grants you a license to use the App only on an Apple-branded product that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules.
• ├Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
• ├To the extent not disclaimed by law, in the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you. Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to a warranty are our sole responsibility.
• ├Hexis Pro, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• ├In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Hexis Pro, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
• ├You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App (for example, your wireless data service agreement).
• ├Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
• ├You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
