Hexis Pro ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Hexis Pro mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our App or visit hexispro.com.

By using Hexis Pro, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Information you provide directly

• ├Email address and password (used for account creation and authentication)

• ├Sport, position, and position group
• ├Training goal, season phase, and game date
• ├Training experience level and age
• ├Equipment availability
• ├Optional athletic metrics (40-yard dash, vertical jump, squat and bench maxes, etc.)
• ├Weekly check-in responses (effort, soreness, session completion notes)
• ├Workout logs (exercises completed, sets, reps, weights)

Information collected automatically

• ├App usage events and feature interactions (via PostHog analytics)
• ├Crash reports and error logs (via Sentry)
• ├Device type, operating system version, and app version
• ├Push notification interaction data

Payment information

Subscription payments are processed through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. RevenueCat provides us with subscription status and entitlement data only.

• ├To generate your personalized training program using Claude AI (by Anthropic). Your profile and workout history are sent to Anthropic's API to produce weekly programs. No personally identifiable information beyond what is needed for training context is included in these requests.
• ├To adapt your program week-over-week based on your logged sessions and check-in data
• ├To authenticate your account and maintain your session
• ├To send weekly check-in reminder notifications, timed to your training cadence (local time)
• ├To manage your subscription status and grant Pro features
• ├To monitor app stability and fix crashes and errors
• ├To understand how athletes use the app and improve the product

We use the following third-party services that may receive your data:

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication tokens are stored in your device's encrypted keychain (iOS) or keystore (Android) using Expo SecureStore — not in plain AsyncStorage.

We implement reasonable technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• ├Request deletion of your account and associated data
• ├Opt out of analytics tracking
• ├Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

Hexis Pro is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
